I didn't watch the whole movie. It was just Ok but I couldn't pay so much attention to the film back then. I don't like nazi zombis. _________________ Croquetas

Where's the emoticon for shock! Something about the two together I find even more frightening. One of the fear factors I find in certain films like the troops in Star Wars and real soldiers in wars is the wearing of masks, gas masks, material over faces were cannons etc are used to stop dust etc but the covering of all identity, not seeing the eyes etc make the person less of a person if that makes sense. All humanity is lost by taking away the face and in some way certain uniforms also take away individuality and leave only a sense of a mass. _________________ http://zombi-blogia.blogspot.co.uk/

Hi Guys!
I´m agree with you Father, somewhere I´ve read that the use of masks (military troops, police elite forces, etc.) also serves to give a psychological shock to the enemy, you know, big rounded "eyes", no mouth, etc. An attacker with lack of humanity is more frightening as you said.
That concept is not new, just look at the battle masks of some african and native americans tribes, even the most elaborate and artistic japanese Samurai Battle masks were made to give the same effect.

Last I heard he was heading for Germany for beer and work but since then he's disappeared so I'm starting a campaign to force him to post by listing German zombi movies that he must watch for every day he doesn't post!
